Umi Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

...and the sushi chefs are great artists, really. The servers are inconsistent at best a disappointment in a place with this high quality food. Not rude but forgetful, inexperienced, was not able to communicate well.... We have been many times and our most recent visit (on a Sunday) was clearly the B team and not impressive at that. It won 't stop us from going because we love the sushi that much but we will sit at the sushi bar deal directly with the chefs.
