The White Horse Of Hermitage

What can I say. This pub restraunt in Thatcham was a stop over on the way to holiday with my three grandchildren. We arrived around 13.30 and was greater very warmly. The food was very nice and the child burger and chips was as big as any I have seen in other places on the adult menu. The pub has am outside play area and at the end of the meal the owner came and asked if the children could have a lolly which was a very nice touch. If I was in the area again I would have no hesitation in using the White Horse again

recently moved house near and had only a family meal for 4. special of king prawns steak for £15 was incredibly valuable and the whole food was generously portioned and perfectly cooked. beautiful friendly staff, beautiful sunny garden and small playground for children. also dog-friendly and live sports in the spacious interieur, so happy to have found a perfect local, we will be back very soon!

great ask always, very courteous, great service and so helpful. always stays on sat and regulations, but always ready to accommodate customers and is honestly such a great atmosphere. very recommended, so a great night

great pub with an impressive menu including steingebackenen pizzas, an incoming renter, supported by friendly staff, never mind that I think I make it to my local.
