The Vineyard - Reservar uma mesa

a lush dining room, a high-end hotel and some of the best service I had all year round, was the place for yet another of our Out-of-London luxury refugees. the restaurant at vineyard hotel has an interesting and quite topsy-turvy history. the chef chef here is daniel galmiche, who took over in 2010 by john campbell (now at the woodspeen). at the time the restaurant held two Michelin stars, but since john left, of course they both lost. it is definitiw not of two Michelin star standard now, but it is very close to eating a star and that is currently excellent. that is of course exquisite eating. what it was for me were the extra little bits, the things I've never tried, and the whispers and finish touches. it is unlikely that I will ever have another sugary celery leaf, but I will never forget it. at the same time, I can't wait to pour pearls into any suppe I ever do. it was a great experience that the wee was paired to eat and I can't wait to taste more wine in the future. the enthusiasm, know-how and interest in wein are shy and if they have ever wondered what this is about, this is the place to find out.

I was a hired person for a month. the hotel is great, the guest rooms and personal rooms very clean and airy. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the only disadvantage is that they pay the thirty employed per shift worker monthly and not a full-time monthly wage. otherwise it is a wonderful hotel to visit and enjoy thinner hospitality. room: 5/5 service: 5/5 location: 5/5 .more
