Bueno, antes de comenzar, debo decir que, como resulta evidente si alguien lee mis opiniones en general, me encantan los paradores. Me parece un concepto maravilloso de alojamiento y gastronomía. Eso no quiere decir que tenga mis preferencias entre ellos, y debo decir que en cuestión de gastronomía, este es uno de mis favoritos. Un restaurante elegante, cuidado, con una excelente atención y un nivel de detalle exquisito. La cocina es mezcla de tradicional e innovadora, yéndonos quizás un puntito más hacia lo innovador que lo tradicional, pero siempre integrando la cocina con el producto autóctono y de calidad.
