waited ages to be seated, had to then go order at bar as no-one came to table, food took forever to arrive and then didn't see a staff member after that point. Starters were good, main meals were appalling, not only over or undercooked, completely unseasoned and really quite tasteless. I have never left a steak uneaten until now. The only good thing about all the mains was that they were warm. If that had been my first visit I would not return. Food has always been ok here, and staff have always been friendly and attentive in past so not sure what's happened to change that. Barman was good though

We visited yesterday for dinner after a good day out with our 5 year old daughter. Food choice was good, food itself was ok and service was friendly and efficient. No booking was needed, we just turned up and found a table straight away.

We had dinner breakfast here whilst staying at the Premier Inn. The staff were pleasant helpful, the food choice was good the food good. The dining room was bright airy.

Used to be a very good restaurant, but recently quality of food has deteriorated. Do not waste your money by going there.

Visited on several occasions, Lunches, Dinners, and Sunday Roasts. All excellent value, good service, highly recommend.
