This is a couple-run bijou of a place. The menu is simple, the food is well-prepared and dishes are adjusted to individual tastes. It has a cantina style of its own; cosy and intimate. If you are staying in Thionville for a night-stop on the way south, an evening at the Soleil Gourmand will give you that 'first night of the holiday' feeling without compromising your ability to enjoy the next day's drive!

A cosy ambience, extremely welcoming and accommodating owners and friendly clientele. Thoroughly enjoyed a 60th birthday celebration with delicious food and wine. Good value all round, would wholeheartedly recommend. 1
