‐‐ We had a great time in this restaurant for lunch. Arrived around 12:30 p.m. and left around 2 p.m. Yes, the cuisine is excellent. Well controlled cooking, quantity considered copious, good balance between foods. Soft boiled egg, mushrooms, Comté crumble 24 months well done ! Homemade bread, big positive point, just a note to pay attention to the slightly heterogeneous cooking depending on the loaves at the base of the bread (I had to make a comment and to the rather massive density of the bread whose crumb is not very honeycombed. The quality of Piedmont hazelnuts in dessert a decile... Yes, the setting is very pleasant, modern and warm. The bay window in the kitchens is magnificent and whets the appetite. The cutlery is simple and qualitative with a touch of originality with the knives. The LED light on the table looks great, the shagreen skin look of the base goes very well with the brass look metal. The exterior of the restaurant on the road side is not exceptional, but the striking contrast between the interior and exterior surprises and contributes greatly to the wow effect when you walk through the door. Yes, the service is of an excellent level, with a balance between smile/friendliness and rigor/precision. It's straight but at the same time gentle for the customer. In my opinion, it is very important to emphasize this because in general the quality of service is lost but nothing to say! Wine. Beautiful cellar! I like restaurants that serve (or served Sylvain Bataille. And the advice is what we expect. This day, on the advice of the chef, discovered a truly pleasant unfiltered white Moselle even if Burgundy ended up having the last word. So in the end, discovery of a very very nice address just a stone's throw from us. I am very disappointed by my second experience in this restaurant, although I had a pleasant time there a year ago. The starter and main course were simply tasteless, no flavor. Mixed on the dessert which lacked balance between sweet and savory. Soft and alcoholic drinks are too expensive. Paying 160 euros for two people to eat tasteless dishes is not fun. Especially when explaining it to the waiter who didn't respond to this. I will not come back.
