Smashburger - Reservar uma mesa

Pre-pandemic this used to be one of my family's favorite burger joints, especially since they offer gluten free burger buns and knew our names and favorites ahead of time! Plus the food was consistently good. But when the pandemic hit this place went downhill fast. I'm guessing it was some kind of management issue as there were never enough employees and a lot of the ones they did have really seemed overwhelmed. The food wasn't great anymore even if you ordered ahead, and the wait time was absolutely bonkers. Seriously our last order in 2021 took 45 minutes! So we decided that until it got better we'd go elsewhere. We've been keeping an eye on reviews and since it looks like there are more positive reviews we decided to at least try again. Glad we did! We ordered online and went to pick it up. The food was already there and ready, and it was back to the same quality as it was before. The girl working the front was nice and friendly, and the place is renovated. Hopefully they're paying the staff well and giving them more hours so this kind of service can continue.

Felt like the cashier was put out having to take our order. Wanted 2 shakes but were told the shake machine was out of service. We sat at the one table that was clean in the empty restaurant. Sounded like the kitchen staff was having a good time. Looked like they were filling many door dash orders maybe that's the better way to go. The food was good.

My order was completely wrong! My fiancé Avocado Burger was dry, no smash sauce, with 1 pimple, no avocado, no red onions no mayonnaise at all I ordered. My burger was also dry! We only ate the burgers because we were really hungry and didn't eat all day, but I won't go back here if I wanted something as dry as this burger I would? ve eaten paper!

Instead of getting grove chicken strips, they fried a sandwhich chicken patty and cut it into three strips. It was cooked until unedible. THIS was $10.00 woth of strips? Also, none of the dipping sauces I ordered. Tots container less than half full.

The fries were cold and rubbery and oily. They were not fresh. The truffle mayo was gross. The lettuce was old and wilted. The avocado spread was a bad choice. It was tasteless. The SMASH TOTS were great.
