Shake Shack - Reservar uma mesa

Usually good as of late but got cold and old fries this time, despite it getting here quickly. The patty on my burger was way overdone to the point it was inedible, had to pick it apart. The other burger was actually ok. Inconsistent. Get a new kitchen manager!

I didnt receive both orders from shake shack. I received my shake but not my burgers. I did pay for but did not get the rest of my order. please complete my order or refund my money.

Wife and I Looove the Smoke Shack its always GOOD! 45 seconds in the microwave and its perfect.
