Hirschen - Reservar uma mesa

We recently heard of that restaurant and thought we would give it a try and were very pleasantly surprised.Everything what they cooked for us was home and freshly made and tasted absolutely amazing. I had the Carpaccio with truffels as a starter and the Kalbsschnitzel as a main. Both were spectacular. For desert they came along with a tray full with little deserts which were hard to resist :-)Hervé the chef, came by the table which gave our experience a personal touch.I can only recommend this restaurant.
