Ralph's Famous Italian Ices

Very disappointed I praise tubs, unfortunately came to this place instead of West Babylon, where I had originally paid. Deer Park was much more and would not honor the same price. Nothing. Would?t price correspond to other Ralph?s literally 2 miles away. No discount and I'll buy the biggest tubs! I went and went to another place. I just think as a business owner you would try to keep a customer, especially buy bulk, it?s all Ralph?s!

In two of my ices, I found like a clear rubber band or like something plastic in it. I called the place seeing if I can get a refund they told me to hold on to the icee and bring it the next day for another one.
