Wingstop - Reservar uma mesa

My first time ever at a Wingstop. Have been meaning to try this chain out for YEARS. This location is a smallish space. But it is clean inside, which is a bigger deal now than usual. The hand cut fries were VERY good. The boneless chicken (Lemon Pepper) and (Habanero Mango), we're good, but the LP was VERY salty. A good enough experience to give a second try and taste some other options. (3/26 edit) So after my second visit to this location, I?ve changed my rating to five stars. The young lady behind the counter was clearly new, but VERY attentive. She was really trying hard to get stuff right, and you could tell. I appreciate that. The fries were good, yet again. The lemon pepper boneless wings were much more enjoyable this time around. Not salty like last time. I?ll be back....

Monday, 6 September 2021: Valerie's customer service was terrible. We came for the sign on the front door advertisement 70 boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and she said she doesn't know how to put it in and chose us from another combo, she didn't even ask someone to help us do this for us as advertised on the front door. Then the combo she inserts is traditional wings that are more expensive? when we were there to launch boneless wings. So she then had to refund and in order as a boneless wing with an attitude that said we never clarified. Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful, even no manager in sight. What the food came hot and all I could really ask at this point. Next time any other low rating should listen to this WingStop.

They need friendly, helpful and pleasant staff, I waited for an hour for my order, and not to mention when I came home, they shortened me a few wings. You need more staff

Really poor customer service. Order was wrong and bad food in General and we waited for an hour
