Prezzo Hailsham

We visited on a cold and rainy Saturday and was glad to get out of the rain. On arrival we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. One of our party was a coeliac and they had a great menu that covers their requirements. Service was...friendly and helpful, We ordered lime and soda for drinks and the server brought us a small jug of lime in case the drinks was not as strong as we would have liked, a nice touch. We ordered off of the fixed price menu , and had a variety of different meals, all of which were very tasty. Would visit again if in the area as great value and , very friendly staff

I took some balloons in to be placed on the table as a surprise for my friends special birthday as we couldn’t join them. I was promised they would be put on the table in time for their booking but this never happened and when...I called the following day I was told they were still in the managers office and he didn’t know what they were for. And all he wanted to know was the description of the person who took them from me. No real apology at all. Not a big deal I know but my friend now has to go back and get the balloons, totally ruining the planned surprise. Thanks Prezzo-for nothing!!!

Calzone was undercooked and doughy. On complaining we were given another which was burnt on the bottom. Salmon pasta dish was cold. Another was presented and had 2 small pieces of salmon in it. Shared starter was tiny a piece of bread the size...of my palm with half a tomato on it. Kitchen staff were fooling around. Used Tesco vouchers but if I had to pay full we would have refused. Our service was fine though.

at the beginning we were one of only 3 tables in the restaurant. starter came wrong, late and not at the same time. the mains came wrong, late and not at the same time. desserts were wrong, returned. the service was very poor. groups of...arms at the bar, pulsating keep from everyone, and still only a few tables. bill was blackmailed for what we ordered. we will not be back.

here to a birthday meal with my partner, it was terrible, the pizzas were burned and the personal could not take care less. this was a great restaurant that was always busy with great food. it has now been led by a...uncompetent team to the floor. even her office was not interested, they do not think that this restaurant will be much longer.
