well...it is not exactly a romantic one... it's a pizzeria attache dot the municipal public swimming pool .. The food was actually pretty good.. the home made pasta, for Swiss standards pretty good, the wine card, still for Swiss standards and a pizzeria rather acceptable, despite exaggerated prices... the service was very friendly, personal and impeccable... all in all rather good... however...it is all ruined by the surprise of the parking...may be it was my error...however I would never have expected that in the middle of nowhere, a open parking space would be payable after 20:00...and because it is in my sense there are no clear signs informing about this rip-off practice of the village...indeed...surprise..after dinner I found the present of the local police delivered at 20:45...CHF 40!!! just for this eason I will never return neither to Altdorf nor to that restaurant...
We are staying at the camping next door. My boyfriend ate a pizza which was really good. I ate some mushroom risotto which was nice. I found a hair in my food so that wasn’t really nice. My boyfriend got his pizza and I had to wait a long time before my food came. After our main we waited to be asked if we wanted a dessert. After like 30 min we asked ourselves because they didn’t came to us. We got a dessert which was okay. It is an expensive place for a pizzeria but it is Switzerland so I guess it is alright (70 franken, for a pizza,risotto, beer, cola, tiramisu and a little ice cream). We had to wait a long time again to pay so after a while we asked ourselves. I wouldn’t come back.
