Went with our adult children on a recommendation from a friend. NOT disappointed! The server had a great personality and was very attentive. Perfect English, too. I had the brats, with french fries. lol. Nice-sized portions, and served hot, and fast. In Cologne, if you...want very good German food and service to match, hit up Max Stark!

I have lived in Germany and love the people, the culture, and the food. My wife and I visited and we stopped in Köln for a day. The first German food she ate was here, and it opened her mind to The food a lot...more. She loved it and I thought it was excellent too. Great place to eat.

Very nice original german resturant in Kőln, we had the best schnitzel ever... The menu has a variety of options .. also they have a hourse meat if you like to try new things while in town. The staff is friendly and they speak English.

Five of us were able to find an entree of our choice. We each enjoyed our choices. We all thought this was the best dinner we had in Cologne. I especially enjoyed the Bratwurst.

Great place! Bit loud on the evening but definitely fun. Schnitzel is amazing and prices are pretty good. Maybe dont come if you are on a rush
