Maple Street Biscuit Company

We like to try new things, so we stopped on Maple Street Biscuit. It's a unique place. The food was good, my potatoes were cold, and the Lord brought me fresh potatoes and then he composed our potatoes. That was really nice of him. I really don't have coffee for the maple coffee. So he brought me some Americano. He was really good with his customer service. I would recommend people to go there if they like unique food. One of the best things was the music they played a Bluegrass kind of Gospel theme. I loved that.

We came to Johnson City due to a medical emergency and this was by far the best place we ended up eating breakfast during our stay. The food was outstanding, the friendliness of the staff was even more impressive, and we?d definitely go back. The manager even checked in on us and even gave us some of their DELICIOUS iced cinnamon biscuits so we could share them with our dad who was in the hospital. Pictured is the Squawking Goat that was full of flavor and tender chicken!

When you order they ask you a question, your answer is the name on your order. They yell your answer out so you pick up your order. You pick up after yourself after you eat. The food was so delicious and fresh. The staff were super friendly. I had the Bow Yo-Yo, Asiago and bacon waffle with fried chicken with fresh made to order orange juice and the special coffee, caramel toffee crunch latte. Definitely recommend this place

Large portions of food along with great taste and presentation. That's what I think if I want a big chicken (or everything) cookies. Fast service and friendly staff. (Refer to an imaginary character name to use BEFORE, get to the counter)

Great meal and food service. Both breakfast options tasted great. The manager came around and checked everyone. The orange juice is freshly pressed and very tasty.
