the maibaumstüberl surely always remains in good memory although the visit was not planned. I was doing ruhpolding with my camera to make unsafe when a rain shower made me wet in windy crawl. the maibaumstüberl was right in front of my nase so I stormed in. my “kulinarian” wish for Bavarians – I was on a reductive basis in the clinic – limited to haxn and imperial smarrn. the haxe already gave it in the middle of the forest and here my radiant eye saw the imperial smarrn on the map, which is served with apfelmus according to its standing. to this another haferl coffee and the world was again in order. the restaurant is furnished in bright wood friendly, Bavarian cozy hold. the cowardly operation in the short dirndl brought the coffee immediately and on my scrub I didn't have to wait long. a large servier plate was filled with a super good dish and even the apfelmus tasted delicious. behind me at the table sat a couple who told me that they have been staying here for years on the return journey from Austria to eat, they are also imperial and he plucked strudel with vanilleeis and saw that after his statement, this should taste even better than the imperial shard, which you hardly believe. but also really looked very appetizing. I then had fulfilled my last desire for food thanks to the rain and wanted to eat only calorie-saving dishes.
