Le Select - Reservar uma mesa

Having anticipated the reopening we arrived promptly at 12. We were greeted by a former waitress who remembered some of the little things we liked from well over a year ago. Bravo!I was really happy to see omelettes on the menu but no fish options, other than a salad Niçoise.We had the plat du jour and a burger. The burger was very good, good fillings etc served on a brioche bun...if the bun had been lightly grilled it would have been even better. The brochette of beef was excellent, well cooked and tasty,..both dishes served with very good pomme persillée and side salad. We still miss the warm welcome of the original owners when we first arrived, Philipe and Vero, we look forward to not only sending our clients here but using the Select again.

We had dinner on a Saturday night in April. Ordered Moules in Cream and Cidre with Fries for 12€ and Sea bass with lemon cream for 17€. While the Moules were okay in taste and a decent portion, we were very disappointed by the sea bass dish. It was not very taste. The fish portion was small. Only half a fish filet. And the cream tasted not home made. Value for price was extremely disappointing. At the end of the day, the fries were the best part of the our evening.

Horrible, I have cramps in my belly and I went to the bathroom for 1 week I ate at home, never again I put my feet in this snack. I took a pizza, the dough was so good that it collapsed. My colleague took a hamburger who decomposes him as soon as we take him in hand and the white fries not cooked at all that he threw into the trash. I should have listened to my clients who told me the boss wasn't calm.

We visited Le Select prior to attending a concert in the town.In all honesty I think it struggles with what it wants to be. It's reminiscent of a gastropub food offering in that it charges premium prices for food that is actually not that much out of the ordinary ( Pizza features heavily )Needing somewhere quick for a meal it served its purpose but don't think it offers value for money at all.

Constantly good, always excellent service and very good value. Great pizzas and choice of plat du jour. delicious baked Camembert served with crispy bacon and garlic bread. My favourite. The a la carte menu is not over ambitious. Home made fois gras worthy of a michelin star! Very very good choice of wine on pichet, particularly the red.
