Le Catador - Reservar uma mesa

Why in the NOVOTEL, are the restaurants not up to the hotel class?? CATADOR is part of this type of restaurant where we come once but not two. Card too restrictive. To begin with, ham Serrano and melons nothing extraordinary and my husband had taken the charcuterie board oh surprise some pucks of rosettes were fighting in the plate, no terrine or paté, no condiments. The meal is continued by salmon with green beans and my husband a lazy bath. In total this restaurant is to be avoided we eat better at COURTEPAILLE which is located not far from NOVOTEL.

Mediocre. In a slightly cold environment, this restaurant located in the hotel NOVOTEL offers a daily menu and a map. I took the burying of the day that was without real taste: tomatoes and mozzarella cut into small dice, with in the end little mozzarella, then a chicken risotto that this time had taste but very dry. It looked more like rice with accompaniment. The broth and cream must have been forgotten. In short, as for most hotels, their restaurant is not up to the hotel.

What do you mean? The reception is perfect, the clean and warm setting and exquisite dishes. We took the soup of the day (drinks) and salad of cabegou and bacon, then 2 fillets of royal dorade. The quality worthy of a large restaurant is there at interesting prices. I will return without hesiter to my next visit to Occitania.

I expected, as in many hotel restaurants, something medium. So the surprise. I especially enjoyed the bar and the warm welcome. The ox, requested blue was perfectly cooked. All for a reasonable price.

Welcome and service. Some good food proposal in a short menu. High prices: a glass of wine, minimum 8 Euro. It would be better, but on the edge of the highway there is little to choose from.
