L'Auberge Des Coteaux

We were lucky to drop on this delightful restaurant while touring round the vineyards of Cravant and Panzoult. It was lunchtime and we were able to secure the last available table, that says something! We had the 'menu du jour' which was excellent value for money, several choices for each course were written on a board on the wall and there was option of a cheese course as well. Service was friendly and the restaurant has a really good atmosphere, would love to have eaten here again but we only had one day left and the restaurant does not open week-end evenings, we were there early season so might be worth checking if you are there in the Summer. Would say it was one of the best lunches we had and add to that the beautiful surrounding vineyards and proximity to Chinon I think it was a great choice.

nous sommes 4 amis amoureux des cabriolets et voiture de sport, nous avons le matin visité la cave de Mr Philippe PAIN (très belle) ou l'on nous a indiqué l'auberge des coteaux pour notre repas du midi.Cadre très sympa, très bon accueil et service.Cuisine simple mais excellente.Très bon rapport qualité/prix.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

De bons moments passés dans cette auberge ou l'on mange très bien pour un prix honnête, avec la compagnie des copains et d'une bouteille de Chinon. L'accueil du patron est toujours agréable. Je recommande

Service rapide patron super sympa excellente cave, Buffet a volonté 3 plats au choix de qualité et frais et fait maison. Rapport qualité prix excellent Je recommande !!

Very good food, good ambiance and at very reasonable price well worth a return visit and I will be delighted to recommend it to all my friends
