one evening in August, grey sky, fine rain. my wife and I came back from a exhausting hike on the Berhat island. Although swinging ostentatically our tourist outfit (with sneakers please!), we had the audacity to pass the door. without having booked, we have benefited from the most courteous receptions! We are in a world where the customer enjoys courtesy standards that are not part of our world, my spouse and I! We have been guided to the upstairs room where elegance is not without recalling some charms of the past. a romantic vision of the luxury of the beautiful epoque seen by contemporary moderns: it is in the old pots that we make the best soups, even if the carrots are new! We have been served with justness and care, the patroness sharpening at the same time the two young waitresses all at his attention, with demand and kindness. the map offers a variety of valuable choices without being exhaustive; I advise you in particular the menu "land and sea." we have no memory of such a successful meal! First it was the hamburger of sea spider (not you make any reading mistakes!) but we are far from a hamburger! What a fine mouth! my first meeting with the spider! and the calf mice with its rosemary bree proudly truncating over a plate of impeccable presentation, with its fabulous purée of potatoes and hazelnuts! everything was simply exquisite, even the flaky amuse at the modern presentation. What about fireworks? Strawberry gratin and rhubarb. one regret: that this delicious moment is so fast!We have taken the time to have the time, savouring every moment. the shortened duration of our stay will not allow us to return to taste the pleasures of this wonderful address.Even when we left, we were accompanied with diligence, sympathy and respects. What a professionalism. The team must be congratulated! We found at this address the sun that the weather of the day had not allowed us to appreciate! We put the price there, but the gustative quality was worth it.Thank you. simply unforgettable!

excellent family evening in this famous gourmet restaurant of paimpol or we usually come every summer. Despite the death of the chief, we have been regaled. The service is always irreproachable. A 25-euro bistro menu for 3 dishes.Bravo to the new team. The rotation is ensured.
