Imperial Orchid

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent dining experience at Imperial Orchid on 7/12. I ordered the Wonton soup and some other dishes from your establishment, and to my utter dismay, I discovered a live fly embedded in the soup. Finding an insect in the food I was about to consume was not only shocking but also highly distressing. This incident has left me questioning the standards and hygiene practices at your restaurant. Later in the evening I was having a related diarrhea issue... I have attached photographs of the incident as evidence. I seriously hope that this was an isolated occurrence and not indicative of a larger problem in your kitchen or storage areas.
