came to eat with my mom because she had received 20 euros of reduction (not offered by the chain.) we are great regulars of this restaurant since my childhood. What degradation! We wanted to eat on the terrace (hour of arrival 12:45) the boss who pushed us back "if you like the wind. "We don't say anything. saw eye we were 30 clients who for some had finished. He opens the parasol and I see the foot moving in every direction. I panic! He's gonna fall on me! I'm closing it. we waited for 15see 20min the welcome salad! People are coming after us served before us! All right, we're waiting on rumine. The waitress is finally coming! very smiling it is pleasure vis a vis de l'accueil ! She's catching up. 2nd attempt of the parasol (jetais en plein caniar ca becoming unbearable) it fell on me I close it! so dangerous. invest in solid parasol feet not plastic. Grilled menu the salmon is really small! When I pay I leave a good tip to the waitress because she was great with us and hop a common pot! well to recompense those who work well but those who do nothing are winning. We'll be back. working in a food chain I also saw several defaults that we will not tolerate at home. Has reworked urgently, especially the friendliness of the restaurant manager! A smile is not much. But for me it's over.

after having asked to be served quickly (meaning noon-grill of 30 min indicated on the map), we finally have for a dish and a dessert put 1h30 to eat. let's not talk about the freezing reception of the person in charge of this place who asks us how our meal happened, has absolutely nothing to answer when we made the comment about speed. and the worst: do not know how to make the currency or do not want to recognize its mistakes. giving 5 extra euros for nothing because the person responsible doesn't want to hear anything... never the shortcut! There's not only the work that's going to make customers lose.

meal taken on terrace very nice welcome staff good formulas for the meal produced of good quality great choice of meat with small salad of reception attention to access work all around well follow the panels and this until the minimum October

I don't know if we are badly fallen, but frankly, a meal of amateurs would have been much better treated with less mistakes.Many mistakes and failed cooking, non-synchronized meals, it's my 1st opinion ....
