Gourmet Company

A good overall experience for date night with my wife. The Artisanal Cheese Board was o.k. 3 mediocre cheeses with crostini, but not enough accompaniments. The Heirloom Tomato Salad is out of this world; I highly recommend. Pork Pickles; the pork belly is excellent, as is the cream corn, pickled jalapeno. The tenderloin is too smoky to be enjoyable the grits had an unpleasant taste. The Squash Corn Fritters were another amazing dish worth eating. Given we have so few upscale restaurants in NE TN, this place is worth your time money.

We have been coming to Gourmet Company for years. This particular meal was better than most. My wife had the vegetarian entree while I had the pork and pickles special. Both were great. We needed the night sharing a peach dessert that was fantastic.

The food and service was superb Elegant, fine dining. Wait and greeter we're very pleasant.
