Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Never in my life have I been treated so horrible at an establishment.I use the app to get the point to eventually redeem for a freebie here and there. Today at 2:31 pm a young man, who gave me the name Nu-Nu, told me that they no longer make ice coffee for the coffee you get to redeem for the points. Which is strange because at this exact location I’ve got this same thing several times. So I asked who said that’s the new rule and his response was my coworkers. So I said may I have your name. He said nunu and asked can he have mine. I said Sarah. And I said I guess I have to go to a different location and I’d never heard of that. He then mocked me repeatedly yelling my name and laughing saying he didn’t feel like making my coffee anyway. So I had to leave without my coffee and with my two kids crying without getting their doughnuts. Customer service has really died. And the young man named Nu-nu is working in the wrong industry. He clearly does not like his job at Dunkin doughnuts. And it’s sad because I go to this location every morning and I tip very well. It’s not an easy job. And I have the upmost respect for and hospitality employee, as I am apart of the industry myself. I would never imagine treating a paying customer like that. And if that’s the image that Dunkin is ok with. Plan on going bankrupt to Starbucks. Because at least they know how to treat customers.

Adore and admire this location! Everyone is always so nice and attentive, to my needs when ordering, going about the store, and asking me about how I’m doing! Will definitely recommend to anyone close and in need of an early/late pick-me-up, and not desiring the vapidness of most coffee shops that just want to project a sense of superiority… you don’t get that here ?

The woman working this morning at the counter taking the orders was phenomenal! didn't know anything about how to use the point system or anything on the app and she just walked me through it real quick, but it really showed her taking the excellent extra initiative when it wasn't necessary and I'm deeply grateful.

Coffee always made wrong. 1 drink was bitter and had bunched up powder at the bottom I swallowed immediately. Drinks are never stirred. They put in stuff that isn't even part of the drink's recipe. Cashier walked away before scanning my rewards or paying and was showing pictures and gossiping to her boo.
