We couldn't have been happier! A simple stand with outdoor seats (you order and pay inside when you eat there, they will bring your food)... a bakery with simple selection, but everything on the menu is excellent. Do not remember that this is a 5-star Michelin experience, this is a quick bite and easy farewell in the middle of the city tour and the larger Luberon. We came late in the afternoon paved and hungry, but know that there are probably zero options. We went first from the small door opening while we explore the charming city. After the realization that this was it, and the only open option on a slow spring weekday, we fortunately the menu... all fresh, delicious, and seemingly mostly salad (a refreshing departure from the heavier foods and options are other spots). I had, as ridiculous as that sounds, what quickly became the best omelet I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Obviously, I was hungry, but it was masterful to be sure. My wife had the quiche of the day. Both came on rectangular plates and were exceptionally well presented in view of the atmosphere. They came with light salads and a tomato remoulade. I ordered a beat, we have a 50cl rose (approx.), and we have Cappucino at the end. The sum for both of us was 31 euros, a total of 40 USD or so. So impressive! It was an unexpected treat to get one of the freshest and most tasty meals from an unbelievable Boulangerie terrace series! For what this place is, and for what the friendly owners and employees do here as a service for the city and tourists... it should really be more than 5 stars. Thank you.
