Buffalo Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Latest june, we entered this Buffalo Grill. We see customers and choose our own table, ready to order. A black waiter came to us and said: "You do not sit here. You have to go first to the reception and then I will indicate you a table". Because I am disabled, I kept my seat and he became angry. My wife followed him for the check in, and he comes back with her to the same table. I asked if he doesn't love customers, and he said that he is there to indicate tables and not to love customers. So we went out and his collegue at the bar said THANKS, and I said that we got nothing except instructions where to sit, just like in nursery school. We left and get a meal nearby in the Mc Donald's. So, Buffalo Grill, never a second chance for a first opinion !

We have used the Buffallo grill chain of restaurants all over France and they are a consistently good quality grill chain. The food on this occasion was good although the menu has changed and is a little more restrictive with some old favourites disappearing. The staff were friendly and helpful and one spoke excellent English which was a help as our French is limited although we get by

On the main N route bypassing Lamballe in Brittany, it's easily accessed.Large free car park.Plenty of tables inside and out.Very friendly staff.Free salad bowl starters.Nice steaks, cooked as requested.Reasonable prices.For a quick meal on a journey without the need for a major diversion into a town, the Buffalo Grill chain (300 in France) are very good.

The beef burger was nicely cooked, good quality beef. I found the bun to be sweet and inedible, and the onions had a peculiar taste. I enjoyed the roll and salad brought at the start of the meal. Efficient , friendly service.

Staying in a rural chambre d'hote overnight this was the nearest eatery. It was fine, standard steak
