Bar Le Charlot - Reservar uma mesa

This review is for the Bar Le Charlot, not the attached restaurant.The bar is one of the best and liveliest places in Neuchatel. The terrace on the Market Place is attractive and always in the sunshine. Inside is nice and vibrant, with lively but not overbearing music. They have a large variety of beers from several countries and 'Biere du Moment'. Not cheap, but definitely worth a visit if you like something a bit more adventurous than the tasteless beer one finds in other places. Nice snacks too (croque monsieur, pannini, sandwiches). I love this place and others do too, since it's always full, inside and outside.

Ambiance sympa et décontracté ! Tant des jeunes que de moins jeunes! Un café, un chocolat chaud, une bière ou un verre de vin ca passe très bien dans ce café sympa! Je vais la plus part du temps avec des amis mais quand je vais en famille je me sens également dans un cadre sympathique et agréable! En été encore mieux quand on peut profiter de la terrasse!

The terrace is great. It's a central place, a nice place to have a drink, an Ice cream and spend some time. However, it's not a place to eat. They serve a few snacks but it's terrible. I had a sandwich and it was an industrial sandwich. There's plenty of nice confiseries around. I will never go back there for food.

The Drinks are good, the food too (we took a Barchettas with Ham and Cheese) it's more for Apero Time with Friends and Co.

Bien situé au centre et proche du lac. Nous sommes juste allés prendre un verre le serveur était sYmpas et drôle.
