Went here with friends following positive reviews on here. Order was changed without discussion and made to feel like it was our fault by the staff. One of my friends spoke to the owner not received well accepted that his staff had been rude, staff member came back and apologised like a stroppy teenager he was certainly much older than that then we were massively patronised for the rest of the night “is this ok? Are you sure? Is everyone happy?” Could have been resolved so very easily at the start. Completely ruined an evening for 4 families. In terms of menu, very limited and over priced even for a ski resort.

Such a wonderful building with beautiful old oak beams apparently reclaimed from a chapel. The meal did not disappoint either. Most of us had escargot to start, followed by the steak which comes partially cooked and then you finish it to your liking on a hot stone. That was an experience everyone enjoyed. Veal was delicious, melt in the mouth. Food excellent, staff excellent and a really lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Another excellent meal. The restaurant offers fine dining in a ski resort. It’s a little pricier than others in the area, but well worth paying the extra for high quality food and great service in a lovely setting. I don’t think I’d take kids in here. All dishes were great. Be warned, pork comes out intentionally medium, which was a little strange, but worked out really well with no issues after.

Great family celebration. Those having never done the fondue experience were not disappointed. Those who chose the pork chop and steak on a hot plate definitely felt they had made the better selection! Friendly service, good magnum of rose wine (Bandol)

A great restaurant with lovely staff who accept online bookings. An oasis of joy in the town of Samoens with many indifferent restaurants. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Parking available. Could do with more dishes for children
