A Tafona - Reservar uma mesa

An unexpected and pleasant surprise in Santiago de Compostela. We had the standard menu, mostly fish and local vegetables and was simply delicious. The “merluza” was the best I’ve ever had. The wine list was very interesting, mostly from the region. The ambiance cosy and minimalist and the service very friendly and attentive. For sure we will come back.

From appetiters to the main dishes, everything was very nice. The layers of the food were obvious and interesting. However they could do better because the taste of the leaves was too strong for the food. Except the dessert and sweets were quite disappointing especially the green ice thing was awful. The staffs were quite nice though.

Amazing staff, friendly and friendly! Excellent wine list. Make sure to come early or for dinner if you want to dive into ten courses!
