"in the 250-soul old village there are two very good gas stations, both family-run, which are located below a beautifully wounded church and lie directly opposite. one of them is the gas house. in the past even brewed. that is already a while ago. Today is the beer of kloster weltenburg. there is also a constantly changing beer from a regional brewery. the guest house, which has an dining room with an estimated 40 seats and an approximately equal size next to the room, but is open only for certain occasions, has about 25 additional seats on the terrace in summer. in the backyard there is a small parking space, in front of the terrace a few more parking spaces. the bouquet is well filled at the usual eating times, i.e. 12 o'clock on the afternoon and 18 o'clock or 19 o'clock in the evening. therefore it would be advisable to reserve in advance. my favorite and also the stem of my family and so we go all two months to eat there. I guess I've already eaten some dozens of paints. service are all very friendly, attentive and fleeting. to bring the menu and take the drinks and never have to wait long. I can't remember waiting for my drink or eating for a long time. Special requests are not a problem either. eating in the bouquet is simply a dream. I've never eaten anything that didn't taste me more than good. everything is prepared as far as possible and freshly prepared. the quality of the ingredients is high quality, and the gas also notices. the menu is not very extensive, but this is not a problem because it should be possible to find something for everyone. on the menu you will find one, two books and steaks, besides classics like schnitzel, cordon bleu and currywurst. I usually eat carving like a pommes or bratkartoffeln. there's a little salad. all this is for 8,50 euro and the amount is more than lush. I'm the one who thinks there's nowhere else so tasty carving. the carving (it is two pieces) are always hot, the panade is crispy, the meat is wonderfully tender and juicy. and everything is very well seasoned and costed. the pommes are also perfect. the bratkartoffels are nicely cut thick, soft, slightly tanned and refined with spectra. but, as I said, everything tastes very delicious in the pension. also from friends and well known I hear only well about the taste and quality of eating. everyone should be convinced. I can also put the cordon blue and the steaks in the heart. the food is all cheap and the portions are large. the environment of the interiors are original, simply typical Franconian. much dark wood and beige lampshades that make the light dimming and thus the locally shameful look. but it fits well with this local. on the terrace you have a beautiful view of the village church. the location is quiet. cleanliness the cleanliness in the rooms and the toilets was never responsible."

"Saturday night. my father had agreed to eat with his colleagues, and therefore the rest of the family decided to do it to him and also eat from the house. so we went up to four in the small village old hills to return to our ancestor place, the soot. there were unfortunately all on the table and therefore we went to the müller, right on the other side of the road. we already knew the gasthof müller when we visited him once a year. as we already knew in advance what should be expected there. Location/Ambiente and cleanliness next to the gasthof is a small but fine beer garden with linden. However, due to the cold temperatures we could not use this, so that we preferred the gas room. we were amazed that some more guests were present. only three tables were occupied with two people each and that on a Saturday night. the dining room is unspectacularly furnished and has already come some into the years. a typical Franconian, rustic restaurant. three stars for the environment. both the gas room and the toilets were very clean. four stars for cleanliness. service the young service was very friendly and always had a smile in the face. the orderings were recorded quickly and quickly brought to the table. cola, spezi, apfelschorle costs in the size 0.4l 2,20 euro, a radler (0.5l) meets with inexpensive 1,80 euro to book. even the old nässe came into the gas room and greeted every single guest with handbeat. side change and special wish were no problem. good four stars for service. the menu is small and includes a few meat dishes, broth and a few salads. That was it. a day card or seasonal offers are not available. we ordered the jägerschnitzel with pommes. we ordered the associated add-on salad so that the dish then cost 7 euro when the hunter carving with pommes (with salat) in the small version at the price of 6.50, the carving type of the house (with croquettes and mixed vegetables) for 8.20 euro and a rumpsteak with crimpbutter, pommes and with cake. the prefilled addition salads came fast and were mostly fresh and crisp. also do not wait long. the portions (especially the carvings were huge) on the jägerschnitzel were served separately, as there was no more space on the teller. the meat was wonderfully tender and juicy and the panade nicely loose. there was nothing to get the pommes. the rest of the food (both, mixed vegetables) comes from the package and that was correspondingly costed. the rumpsteak was fried by neat size and perfect medium. for 13 euro really a very good performance. good three and a half stars to eat. Price-performance ratio and determined oldbance can really appreciate two good or even very good tanks with the müller and the like. but we would prefer the soot to the müller. even if the müller is cheaper and even has really cheap prices for oberfranken if it tastes just a little better. four stars for the price-performance ratio at müller. 4 again. (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it returns, 4 – again happy, 5 – after a kitchen trip again completely again"

Whether this was due to the standard knife, I can't judge, but I had conscience bites that recommended this food brightly. The spits were also just a shadow of what I remembered. Little, kind of drunk. They made me feel bad too. One of the spears was at the otherwise great service (3rd year lt. Name plate is accused as dead fried, which unfortunately only triggers one shoulder, but no further reaction. Too bad because it's unnecessary. But there is an apprentice to learn on site. It's gonna... The daughter of the Pfannis has a part of turkey steaks in a fruity sauce. Luckily they and FrauPfanni had shared a salad plate before, otherwise it would have been something.
