It was our first visit to the Mandeville Arms and ideal for a pleasant evening catch up with my son and daughter. We will definitely come again.
When we arrived the car parking machine wasn't working and we were escorted out to the machine by the manager to confirm this fact. Felt this was a little OTT. I ordered steak and it was absolutely awful; it was actually a complete lump of fat. Complained and had the cost removed from the bill. My husband had asked for his steak to be medium but it arrived rare (he was too hungry to complain). Once the waitress realized we weren't leaving a tip she became quite snippy. The toilets were filthy a layer of dust on everything and broken door locks. All in all not up to the usual Harvester standard in my opinion
I am not even a person who writes reviews, but our server keke from northolt harvester deserves a raise! the best waitress I've learned. down. very rare that you get a waiter like him. he was so kind.

the food and the service was good, but the group at the table next to us was clearly very drunk and continued alcohol served despite this. it has spoiled our meal. they should not have served beer, as they were clearly very drunk and fraternal.
had a good pub lunch, clean facility, good service, unlimited salat bowl helps, just a critique. a person got chips with the vegetarian tart instead of a jacket kartoffel!!!
