there is a decent selection (for a non-vegan place) offered by vegans. my partner and I both went for the plant-based plower who was really delicious. he had a smoothie that was made with mandible milk. I also had a decent coffee. the attached deli also has a good selection of vegan products and the wee are labeled if they are also vegan. they even had vegan marshmallows!
a must when they visit instow. charming caffe and deli with views of the mouth and instow beach. it is not surprising that they have won national farmshop and deli awards. it is a family business of the second generation that the owners sue and anthony are really passionate, hard working and very knowledgeable. they deliver amazing products and have developed a truly diverse selection. they were also one of the first delis to support and store the curry kits of my local company (boom kitchen). coffee, cake, crab sandwiches and this huge goat cheese I can't remember are among my favorites. in any case worth a visit.
I and my little dog are always welcome when we visit after a walk on the beach. I and my dog can confirm that they make a really nice breakfast. the staff is always polite and helpful. a large selection of items in the shop and a nice menu in the caffe, so it wins from me and the dog
