On Thursday we have fresh fish from the fish dealer. Backfish made from fresh cod and spicy from hake, each serving is individually prepared and this is also delicious! Everything is super crispy, the fish remains tasty, juicy and delicate. And as a coronation there is still self-made Dipp! The other homemade specialties are also not to be despised: healthy herring fillet according to Matjesart, even roasted and marinated brady rings and my absolute favorite of the lovingly wound ROLLMOPS! Wonderfully murky and firm, not as stubborn and tasty as his name cuvettes from the rabbit! And what I find best with: OHNE artificial sweeteners / sugar substitute and all flavor enhancers! He doesn't need that. It bathes in homemade marinade from natural spices and herbs. A great praise and a thick DANKESCHÖN to Harry Wengler for his idea and work!
Her rolling mops have sung today with the raft from the ferry port in DD-Pieschen to Radebeul along the Elbe and have arrived very well... great praise for fish, filling and taste from my dear colleagues ..you have done very well. ..anytime again.... next time I have to order more. ... maybe follow pictures later. .
