Zur Mitzitant - Table reservation

I was here a year ago, since when Aunt Mitzi and her partner have retired. I went back this year to see what the new, younger owners had made of it. I must say they have done a fine job. I was in a group of eight friends, some Brits and some Viennese, who go out for a meal together in Vienna every December. The menu is traditionally Viennese. I started with Goulash Soup and then Zwiebelrostbraten, mainstays of every Austrian menu, but these were as well cooked as I have had anywhere. My friends who had schnitzels also commented on their quality. The service was faultless. If you are in this part of Vienna and looking for well-prepared Austrian food in a convivial atmosphere, then Mitzitant comes strongly recommended. It is also very good value for money.

If you want to eat tipical austrian dishes, you are in the right place. From Wienerscnitzel (Hähnchen or Schwan) to collecting bone with goulash sauce...all delicious and natural smell. Big potato salad, mixed salad Eith white asparagus, soup like mum makes. Normal price, waiter.

Just came to Vienna and decided to have a traditional gordon blue snitchel. It came with a fresh salad that had no taste. The service was friendly although I couldn't pay with a credit card. All right.

I always recommend to Mitzitant my Airbnb guests because the price is fair, the food is authentic, organic and good, the staff is very friendly and the location is cute!
