An old fashioned restaurant with a large seating area at the back covered with plastic grass, all very 50/60's but in a pleasant area. We had the rump steaks but very poor quality. The meat had absolutely no flavour, the chips were not very good and the onion sauce probably out of a packet. The waitress was very good though, efficient and friendly.

The restaurant "Zur Alten Mühle" is a traditional German restaurant on the way from Heppenheim to the Odenwald. It offers a good selection of regional and typical German meals. There is a big parking available at the restaurant so that it is ideal for bigger groups. It is good for lunch or dinner, and prices are very reasonable.
We were in this restaurant and there are not many kind of food but foods were delicious and lots. We ordered @steak platte für zwei , and wow it was big I think we can eat for three ^^ service was great, friendly and nice atmosphere
