So disappointed tonight. This is not the restaurant I remember pre-covid. We've had many wonderful family in the past so wanted to go here for our 30th anniversary. However tonight's experience did not meet expectations. The ambience is still nice and our server was friendly and very good. The food mostly good, however the pear salad was not worth the money, having old spinach, not enough dressing drizzled over it and the pear had no taste. My scallops were cooked well, but were so salty they had to be replaced and my husbands fettuccine was watery, not creamy. Also, to be charged to exchange a vegetable to something you can eat for one of the most expensive dishes on the menu seems pretty classless. Also, even though I had made a point of letting them know it was our anniversary when making the reservations, no acknowledgement was made while we were there. Overall, we were left feeling nickle and dimed and a bit rushed. This restaurant is not the classy place it used to be and we have no plans to go back again.
This is the most beautiful, funny, sweetest and most delicious little place in Yakima! Hands down one of my favorites at all! The building in which it is located is unique and the restaurant itself has the most beautiful furnishings and atmosphere with rolling trees around you. A great girl night out or date night, seemed family friendly as well. The service was AMAZING, friendly and above, but also able to read the table and you do not push too often or come by. The food was DELICIOUS. We had several appetizers and main courses we shared. Pasta was on point, meat cooked directly, wine was exceptional. We live out of town and travel for this place again! This place has changed since I last came in. I have only been in 3 times and never really happy with the food. This time was different. We had 2 pasta dishes. Chicken fettuccine was up in the top. The white sauce was great and the balance of the dish was right on. The side of bread was not as exciting. It was oily and not much flavor. The chicken parmesan was ok. I really expect more. Chicken was unevenly cooked (from crunchy/dry to normal chicken breast), the red sauce was very skimpy and some pasta had none (and I don't like my pasta floating in sauce). The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was just a few minutes even being 6pm on a Friday night.
This was very popular place in yakama, everyone was having a great time. It is a Italian restaurant but i had the ribeye stake they were nice enough to switch out side of potatoes for fresh pasta. Stake was cooked perfectly and pasta was super good, what else can you ask for red meet and freah pasta. Service and food were both fantastic, definitely will go back when i go back to the area for actual Italian food.
