Zack's Pizza - Table reservation

I placed a to go order on Friday the 13th for a simple Caesar salad and 5 piece chicken wings. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. I get there to pick up my order and was told it was taken out with the delivery order! So here I am at almost 10:00 pm waiting on wings. I wasn’t happy what so ever. I had to have some of the fall off of the bone wings to make my stomach stop growling. Today I go back and casually bring up what happened on Friday and the cashier laughed and said “ I was here!” I asked if I would get any discount for their mistake. She laughed and never answered the question just simply gave me the receipt for my order. I still left a tip too. The food is delicious but be Leary of getting your food.

I can't say enough about Zack's pizza. Since they have opened here, the owner is amazing and selfless. I live 5 minutes away and once he was short on the driver. He delivered our own food! I was blown away! He knows my twins and I as we order at least 3x a month. Fresh ingredients always and I love their gross!

Whether pick-up or delivery, they knock it out of the park EVERY time! Best pizza in NA at the best price. The thin crust and the white sauce are only for dying. Loves salads and sandwiches. All we ever had from here was delicious.

My favorite pizza place! Super affordable and delicious! Your customer service is also A, they ran to late with my delivery and the pizzas were still hot. Absolutely worth waiting, and was very fast delivery every time!

Absolutely fantastic! I have the Bourbon wings and the Margarita pizza and let me tell you I was literally blown away! You won a customer for life!
