No problem getting a table. Drinks came quickly but the service of food was terrible. Trying to get the attention of someone to take your order was difficult. Starters were great but main meal was abysmal. Orders came out randomly and some not at all. Struggled to get staff to help. When we did ask if the food was on the way they rudely told us to re order. Gave up waiting any longer having been sat there for over two hours. Really didn’t want to pay the full price 2 out of the 4 had barely eaten. Have eaten here twice before and the food is very good quality… perhaps this added to the disappointment.
We found this restaurant by chance, if you can cope with all the traffic problems in the area then this place is worth a visit. We had no problems with the service the place seemed well staffed in both the kitchen and the restaurant, was nice to see staff cooking the food and not hidden away in the kitchen. We chose a range of dishes from Duck pancakes, chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken, sizzling beef which was our favourite dish, special fried rice and noodles all cooked perfectly, nice and hot. We would come back again if in the area and would recommend.
Been here before covid etc, pleased to return and find them still trading! We ordered dishes in small batches three to five at a time all dishes were amazing in flavour and the size of two sharing is akin to a tasting menu of a Michelin style restaurant. The staff are busy but happy to serve and all three of the waiting staff serving us smiled every trip to the table! Thank you to the whole team for a great meal with great service.
Drinks quite pricy, but its a good balance as the food choice is unlimited. Seafood is fresh, delicious and beautiful, loved sashimi, sizzling prawns with ginger and leeks is an absolute yum! Yes it takes some time to get the food, but only because its quite a lot of people. We have a strategy we worked out durring several years. When we get the first dishes we already order next ones :
