we stayed on Sunday night in aiola and got a beautiful table on the terrace. the reservation was simple and friendly. I would like to highlight the dreamy ambiente - really very tasteful, modern and welcoming. for events, high times etc. the aiola in the castle is determined a dream location. to eat: to be honest, we didn't look at the hompage exactly, so we were a little irritated when we realized that the new aiola is an inn. accordingly, the portions and the dishes were rather grounded. the eggplant soup as well as the cream eggs with spinach dumplings were excellent. the vitello of the calfspant could not be so much scored. far too much rucola, only 2 caps and the excessive nuclear oil was very dominant. the dessert (chocolate) was lovingly dressed, but tastefully not a highlight. I can't write about the feeds of my guide because I didn't cost it. extensive, well selected wine card and very nice "aperitifs of the week." priced we find the aiola absolutely okay and the service staff was courtesy and very friendly. serve only minus point - teller on a large tablet, which is then placed on the table is not at all. even if we were to think that this would be a slightly higher kitchen better suited to the ambiente, we now know about it and will be happy to come back!
we were invited to a family celebration in the aiola in the castle. impressive is not only the great ambiente and the prevailing atmosphere - also the food and the service are excellent. all the courses came for the invited guests at the same time and all the staff was very striving to satisfy us, which was also fully successful. we will definitely come back to make us pamper with kulina and enjoy the great local!
Prepare for a real feast: The Restaurant Aiola is really an experience! The food is wonderful, with dishes carefully selected from the traditional Styrian cuisine at its best. The service is extremely professional and friendly. The setting is astonishing. And the prices are reasonable. A must, if you are in Graz! Better to reserve, especially on weekends.
we were five for a birthday dinner on a Sunday afternoon at aiola - and were thoroughly very satisfied. very good service, eating was really good and the ambiente was incredible (ok - also the weather played this day super with:)). everything in all highly recommended - just so!
