Tables and floors were dirty. Cashier and female manager took my order , said 10-12 mins. End up waiting 49 minutes for my food. Right when I was about to cancel and request a refund is when my food automatically became ready. The food was fresh and hot when I got home. The issue isn’t the food, it’s the wait time. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth it. They also need to fix their online ordering. It wouldn’t let me order online, it said call the store, I called the store and they NEVER ANSWER. The bundle prices online are cheaper than the in person prices. But the order online feature seems to never work. Very unfortunate
Super rush to hit the road.... I was able to grab food and enjoy it!! The workers were such a vibe! They made the best out of their shift love that for them.It was a male cook and a female cashier both had such amazing personalities working in the Bronx isn't so easy. But walking in their really boosted my day being I don't get to visit my home town!Food was well cook, prepared, and the sauce was amazing, chicken wasn't dry!!
This wingstop is located in the Fordham Rd section of the Bronx, it's very small but clean and the service was good. The wings were decent and they have cheese fries, which is always a win for me.
