Wingstop - Table reservation

I was here last month, had the worst experience. I let management know and they said they would work on it. I came back to have my order redone last week and I noticed a great improvement with the customer service! Many places promise improvement but won?t do anything about it. Great job to management for that. I also want to acknowledge Maria Alvarez for her hard work and enthusiasm. She was greeting every customer as well as saying good bye. Was very energetic on the phone as well as greeting. She was also making sure that all the orders were moving in a timely manner as well as making sure they were correct. Was also checking up on the clients to make sure everything was to their satisfaction. And was also checking the soda machine. She was great at multitasking and again just very enthusiastic person!

my wings had a feather in it and they didn?t even ask if i wanted a refund they just took them to the back and said here?s more like ok ? why would i want more if i know y?all don?t clean yalls chicken right.

Very disappointed, I waited over an hour for the food to be done. I get home and my order is incorrect. I call and call the store and they don?t answer the phone. Will not order from this location again !!

Ordered through DoorDash and my dasher has been waiting for 20mins on my order. This wingstop takes forever! If you call they will hang up on you or put you on hold right away. They are super rude.

Place takes forever, don't matter if you call, order online, or take out. Just ridiculous straight garbage.
