Williams is a brand that has lasted the better part of 2 decades. It's synonymous with quality product at a fair price. This franchise is not indicative of that tradition. The young lady at the window was awesome. Her customer service was so on point. But, the food did not live up to the Williams name...a large order of corn nuggets is only 12 small nuggets. The chicken was not seasoned as usual and was dry. This location has a unique opportunity to monopolies the chicken game as the eastern hub (mesquite, Seagoville, Forney, etc)is lacking for quality fried chicken.
This is the nastiest Williams chicken I’ve ever had. Something is off in they recipe or grease or something. But currently laying in bed puking.Food: 1/5
