We went there for lunch during the week and hence benefited from the great offers this restaurant has: the dish of the day was salmon with mashed potatoes and a great deal for 6,50€. I had the March menu (a beet soup, beef with vegetables and potatoes as well a dessert for 16,50€ . The food was good but not amazing. I recommend looking up the dish of the day beforehand and if you what they offer on that day, go there. We found the 3 course menu not that good and a bit overpriced in comparison to the fish of the day. They do have a diaper changing table and high chairs for little ones. Our daughter even got a kids themed napkin.

Good decent food. Not outstanding, but good. Staff was very friendly, good ambience. Prices matched culinary level And the view was fantastic combination of food and view makes this place a very good deal. Don't order coffee they do not know what expresso means (it is not a small cup of ordinary coffee, at bit stronger),

Having arrived on a week day night with no reservation we were, however, seated at a window with a full view of the Schlei in the dusk. We chose the menu of the month which was fine and inexpensive but also a little boring with baked cauliflower dumplings, fine trout and a bit of a strange desert.

We were there for lunch on a Saturday. The food was in a very German style. Not my favorite but if you want something local, this is the right place. The view is nothing but magnificent. Staff speaks Danish.
