This restaurant serves excellent Michelin quality, contemporary German food!!! Note: It is part of the German Michelin Guide From the appetizers to the Entrees, just follow the recommendations of the owner, Mr. Burkard! The menu changes periodically and the peculiarities of the day are always excellent!!! From wilderness to fish, the whole food is absolutely first-class! Note: If you are in the area in April, you must come and try the local asparagus!!!! The season lasted only 4-5 weeks. Good wine selection, but again, follow Burkard's suggestions! While from the beaten path (approximately 80km from Dortmund) is worth the detour!!!
