Whitney's Delicatessen

When I had breakfast while my wife was at the Dr., a very nice guy was greeted behind the counter. Not sure if he is the owner, manager or just an employee, but he was super friendly. I'm a huge sticker for the service. Smiling, suggested add-ons, asked how my day was. Great customer service. I was a long time in the food industry as a company manager and this Deli has it good for itself The food was also very good. The case looked clean and good in stock. Good looking sandwiches and lunch options. The price is a bit high, but this is the direction food goes on long island. It is comparable to other local delis, but in my opinion far exceeds it with great service and good food. I definitely go back.

Always fun to drop in here. The folks are on their toes, as if they are trying to beat their best time for delivering an order every time. Intelligent, fun, and hard working people. Here is a great tip: order on the phone 5-10 minutes before you get there. You wont have to wait if there is a line.

I love this place! Great breakfast sandwiches, great coffee, great selection. The staff is always super friendly and very fast with preparation. Once I wait and the owner came out to say hello. Always fresh lunch plates made perfection! It is also in a fantastic location.

Very professional place. They know most of their customers personally. They don't yet know me, but they treat me like a regular. The quality of the food is high. The salads are fresh. I would go here more often if they were in my town.

Fantastic, clean and always excellent quality. Very efficient and so a great place for a quick bite to your daily comrades
