five stars are just to make sure someone really sees it. this place deserves absolutely not five stars. over eats ordered. my ticket was incomplete. were they running out of slidern? How is that possible? the restaurant should have informed the supplier that the ticket was incomplete / could not be fulfilled, whatever was the case so that they could contact me and inform me. I was denied the opportunity to either cancel the order for a refund or order something else. I only got the pages for the compbi I ordered. no diving sauce I requested and no straw or serviettes I requested. one of the orders I ordered so was a disgusting, flattering and was unnoticed and went into the rubbish that was a waste. not impressed by this situation at all. they have the healthy sense to let uber delivers when something is not available so they can contact the customers. the employees here must naturally learn to read order tickets and make sure that there are actually before ordering is handed over to delivery drivers. better.
east tremont/ westchester square location. I have set up a mobile order to save time while working on the contractual delivery. When I arrived, the female manager literally started screaming to the worker and then to me because he began to prepare my order after I had shown my order in the app. she picked her head off, so rude, without calling mobile. I told her it was accepted in the app. She ignored me. crazy things, no full moon and no eating! shameful behavior and lack of management.
Dude this place still keeps the place classic like how white castle used to be like in the past I love being there totally chill atmosphere and it's safe even during overnight hours I enjoyed my dining in experience with my gf over there at 4 am lol it was fun and the food omg I love the chicken sandwich and fries.
now this is a way to see how I went to various white burg especially after a long night and this is one of my favorites very fast and eating is fresh and fast boiled food: 4/5
