wonderful! so tidy and clean, so quiet and looking. you can walk through the garden, through the forest, small lake. it's £10pp, but it's worth it. large parking lot also. very nice staff. not overcrowded. they have plant business, coffee spots round, hotel close to a spa. we spend 3 hours only to foot all the other places, nor not all seen, neither stopped for lunch. make sure they have some time for this
very nice, was before a good stay here and it had skeleton so that we did not plan to visit in the future a bit late. but the gardens and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. only the internal garden is not dog friendly, the rest is dogs lead. must be in the house next time!
There is much to explore at Ickworth from the majestic landscape to the historica Italian palace styles manor it offers an incredible day out. The staff are all friendly and there are a few quaint cafes dotted around the vast estate perfect to grab a coffee or bite to eat.
extensive park landscape with many places to foot. walled garden, caffe (no dogs) but porter’s lodge, where they can get refreshments and sit outside with their dog. delicious vegan curry pasties £3,75 compostable coffee sauces. many parking spaces.
