The interior and exterior are always clean and there’s plenty of parking since this location is never busy."

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I usually just go here because they’re down the road from my house. But after this I’m telling everyone I know not to go here. They’re disrespectful, dirty and just plain rude! I asked if I could do 2 separate orders thru drive thru. And she gave me an attitude saying no. But it’s not impossible? At first I didn’t mind but it really struck my nerve when I got to the window and the workers and MANAGER were talking down on their job and saying “ we are on the do not care wave” while the drive thru window is open. The one lady working 12/1/22 at around 3:45ish was plain rude! She needs to quit if she’s so miserable with her job. Not take it out during work. Disgusting. Distasteful. Corporate needs to get them in check. You work at a Wendy’s this isn’t a zoo.
This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant EVER!!!! A few months ago I visited here quite a bit, why is my order always either short, something missing or no sauce or ketchup. Now today there is different staff, why this lady going to tell me she couldn't add an item to my order, then when we asked why she said there is a car behind you but a second later fulfill my request. Like who does that? Come on I thought we only get this confusion in some parts of Brooklyn!!!!! Wow Long Island I thought it would better service out here, I guess it is not location, you have nast people everywhere. Wendys need to check their employees and train on better customer service!!!!!!
They forgot two items and When I returned to get the items they gave me attitude and were rude as if I was the one that made the mistake. When I was at the window I also asked if they had Vanilla diet Coke the girl first said yes and I asked again because she didn’t seem to be sure she then responded “no just regular Diet Coke but you have to go back around the drive thru to order the soda”. It wasn’t enough that I had to drive back for the items they forgot as small as they were but then also tell me to go back around and be rude about it.
Absolutely miserable staff. Never any ounce of kindness or a smile or anything like that. The last time I went there, the guy at the window literally said here after everything he handed me. Food, drink, frosty, card.. here, here, here, here. Usually they don 't even say anything to you. Still, it seems like everyone who works here is just absolutely miserable and hates their own existence. The food is still decent and it 's close by, so I tolerate it..... but jeez, don 't expect any happiness or customer service with a smile here.
