So for one thing there drive-thru only and probably will never reopened. Another thing when you pull up at the speaker they speak so quietly you can't hear them so I went up there a window to say who I ordered for and the African-American girl was like rude. Save yourself the problem and go to Chick-fil-A. They're fully open and much happier there in the food is so much better. Y'all should hire employees that don't have an attitude problem. As we should treat others how we want to be treated as you never know what somebody is going through. Upping it to 3 stars because another employee actually came out and still brought my order as it was too late to cancel on the app.
Ordered a mobile takeout for lunch along with fries. App was easy to order and customize the sandwich and select the option to pick via drive through or to deliver at the parking spot. 5 starts for the app. As I pulled into drive through, the attendant was able to identify the order, and the service was fast !! Didn't go inside the outlet yo talk about ambiance . The sandwich was decent enough, but the portion is too small for a meal along with fries, hence 3 stars. The sandwich and sauce as such taste wise is good. The fries are ok now, much taste ! Will try other items soon as the service is super fast!!
Extremely hostile, disrespectful and rude. Have blocked off the dining area and are refusing to allow people to even enter the building to place orders. Must be in a car, NO EXCEPTIONS. Have gone here now on multiple occasions: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or late night does not matter. Only people allowed to enter building are mobile orders or uber eats and even then they are still openly hostile to anyone who dares enter their facility. Very disappointing given the location in a high traffic area: mall, apartments, tesla superchargers etc.
ZERO ! Come around this time last yr at least get my order taken on foot in da drive thru. Now, dinin room still closed as I have cash dey said u can only pay thru card in the app. JUST CLOSE DOWN ! I really don’t see da point of drive thru only bein common practice
